Delivery

Your jewellery comes to you wrapped in tissue paper made from recycled paper with my logo sticker and business card (also from recycled paper).

I can include a gift note if you so wish, just let me know in the comments box on ordering what you would like it to say.

All jewellery is sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. If you reside in the UK, you can choose to UPGRADE your shipping to Tracked 24 (with or without signature) or Next Day Delivery at check out,  For those outside of the UK the service will be with Royal Mail International Tracked.

As of 1st July 2021 I am unfortunately unable to process orders to the EU via this website. This is due to the new EU VAT import regulations on all products to the EU. The market place Etsy have been able to set up the collection of VAT at time of purchase and I have a shop available on this site. Items will be put in the post in environmentally friendly white 'jiffy' style envelopes (which can be recycled) or recyclable cardboard boxes, the size of a large letter and I am recycling jiffy padded envelopes where I can.


I also work another part time role along side Noko Designs and due to this I aim to dispatch most orders within 3 days of the order being placed Monday - Friday (depending on item chosen and your payment has cleared). During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) shipping may take longer.


International orders will take longer to arrive at their destination, typically 1-4 weeks.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification.

 

Once shipped I cannot control how fast your order will get to you. I am also not to be held responsible if your package is damaged in transit, lost or takes longer to get to you than Royal Mail guidelines.

I will provide tracking information so you can track your order in your own time. I will not be tracking the order myself.

 

I am also not to be held responsible for any items where the delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. Delivery must be rearranged or items must be collected as per your delivery service instructions.

Royal Mail Guidelines:

First Class UK - Generally, first class post will be delivered the next working day, including Saturdays. This is assuming it is posted in time for that day's collection. For the most part about 24 hours.

We aim to deliver to Europe in 3 to 5 working days.

We aim to deliver to the rest of the world in 6 to 7 working days

Orders sent Standard International shipping typically arrive in about 1-3 weeks. However, delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered.

Taxes and Customs

Noko Designs is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom made or personalised orders

  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

 
Returns and exchange details

Returns/exchanges are accepted when you have contacted me within 14 days of receiving your jewellery (unless custom made).

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment upon my receipt of the jewellery (less shipping costs). Please carefully wrap the jewellery or use its original packaging.

All purchases will be carefully wrapped, so the chances of receiving damaged goods are minimal. If however, you feel that it is, please do take a picture and get in contact. If your item is indeed faulty, it can be returned to be repaired or for an exchange or refund.

 

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
